We are looking for a customer guru to join our friendly and supportive team, based at our award-winning head office in East Tamaki, the facilities are state-of-the-art, with onsite café and free car parking.

About the role

In this role, you will assist local and national account managers in achieving goal objectives to win new business and retain existing business.

To achieve this, you will be involved in the preparation of accurate reports for the sales team, and our customers, preparing quality proposals, tender responses, agendas, presentations, and other supporting material.

This role also requires you to work closely with the wider business, including the finance team, customer services, credit teams, and operations teams to assist with customer / account manager queries.
