We have an exciting opportunity for an honest and reliable person to join the team now as our office administrator / receptionist.
This is a varied role that will see you helping out in all areas across the business with an admin and customer service focus.
You will need to be able to prioritise and multi task in order to thrive in this role. You will also need to have : Great time management and organisational skillsAwesome communication skills both verbal and writtenGeneral office administration skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products Word, Excel and OutlookAble to use initiative, without needing to be asked twice!Strong analytical and accurate data entry abilitiesA flexible and hands on attitude to meet deadlinesAccounts payable, receivable and invoicing experienceExperience using MYOBThe ability to maintain relationships and work with a diverse range of peopleA fantastic work ethic and being a great team playerThe hours of this role are Monday to Friday 7am-
