    Te Puna Ohumahi Mātauranga Education Workforce leads the sector workforce employment relations, the relationship with Education Payroll Limited and we hold the responsibility for bargaining.

    We support the organisation so that the key role of the education sector workforce is integrated into their work programmes and

    We advance the education workforce strategy, including a focus on specialist services, employment relations, pay equity, education payroll, supply and scholarship functions.

    Our group ensures the system has the right people in the right places at the right time for early learning, kōhanga reo, schools and

    The Claims Implementation team sits within Te Puna Ohumahi Mātauranga Education Workforce is a key connector between the education sector and the Ministry.

    Our role is to work with the sector and with key stakeholders to develop to develop approaches to implementation across the workforce.

    The Senior Programme Coordinator supports the Claims Implementation team in organising and controlling

    You will also

    Have or be working towards a relevant tertiary qualification or project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE 2 Practitioner or Experience in working in a project or programme team, managing projects with multiple workstreams and competing Experience in using project management methodologies, techniques, documentation and Experience in working within the public sector and understanding of the political environment and how related issues should be Experience in organising - identifying what matters, anticipating next steps, accurately delivering what was Experience in administration of contracts, purchase orders, timesheets, invoices, filing, meetings, minute taking, and Effectively work with the Microsoft suite of products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and The ability to understand and apply the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and
