About the role
These newly created Roster Coordinator positions will be pivotal in supporting the successful implementation of a rostering system across NZ Care.
There are numerous full-time and part-time shift patterns available across multiple locations nation-wide, including Christchurch, Palmerston North and Napier.
As a Rostering Coordinator, you will coordinate effective and efficient rostering of our Support Workers, ensuring the delivery of safe services to the people we support.
You will take ownership of the rostering processes to ensure Support Workers are rostered as per their competencies, availability, and contracted hours.
Utilising your effective communication skills, you will build strong relationships with Support Workers and Managers, ultimately enabling you to provide timely and accurate information to Services regarding their roster.
