As a Digital Optimisation Specialist , you will need a deep understanding of digital analytics and conversion rate optimisation.
You will be constantly optimising digital journeys to lower abandonment rates and improve conversion rates.
Support customer journey owners to ensure data tracking and analytics dashboards are implemented for digital journeys and used widely
Responsible for creating and measuring complex online testing, behavioral targeting and personalised experiences across multiple channels
Create data tracking and digital data layer design for existing or new digital journeys
Champion the use of digital analytics and optimisation tools to ensure maximum business value from capability investments
Skills and Experience
4+ years' experience in digital optimisation and with a track record of delivering in a fast-paced agile environment
Expert in data analytics and visualisation using Adobe Analytics
Expert in delivering optimisation activity for web and mobile app channels using Adobe Target
Expert in using web analytics data, heat maps, session recordings to spot trends and identify optimisation opportunities resulting in significant business benefits
Experience with data management platforms (e.g. Adobe Audience Manager)
Outstanding collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a calm and effective way
Excellent communication skills and storytelling abilities
