Cornerstone Demolition is based in Auckland working for residential / commercial / earthwork sites and looking for a positive candidate to join our team, on a full-time basis from 8am to 5pm.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.
This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion.Main Task : -Assist Office Manager in recording and filing documents etc-Keep recording tipping dockets and logbooks from truck drivers-Answering calls and greeting customers-Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary-Checking tool list and inventory-Booking and / or hiring trucks, labourers, tools, plant machinery etcMinimum Requirements : Full-time availabilityAttention to detailExcellent communication skillsMandarin and English speaking would be a great advantage to this role as we deal with a wide range of client baseProficient in Excel / Word / PowerPointMandarin speaker preferredJob Type : Full-timePlease apply with your CV and Cover Letter if you are interested in this role.
