Ko tō tūranga your role

Our Service Delivery Team Leader will provide leadership and day to day management of a Service Management team, ensuring Vodafone’s Enterprise service offering strengthens its competitive position as a leading-edge telecommunications solutions provider through excellence in service delivery.

You will be responsible for ensuring that tasks, functions and responsibilities are completed by your team to high performance standards and deliver to contractual obligations.

Ko tō mahi what you’ll do

  • Lead and develop a customer obsessed and high performing Team, responsible for delivery of large Enterprise and Public Sector in life service management.
  • Build and foster an environment that inspires, aligns and motivates.

  • Actively participate and contribute to the creation, management, and ongoing improvement of service management capability and strategy.
  • Own and foster the primary relationships with key stakeholders (including Sales Managers) to ensure service standards are met.
  • Be the primary escalation point to address service management issues both internally and with the customer.
  • Act as a key touch point to technical, project and delivery groups while setting and maintaining standards for best in class service delivery.
  • Establish and maintain Service Governance across allocated segment portfolio, ensuring an understanding of commercial requirements, and contract obligations and that these are met.

  • Strong people management expertise and proven successful people leadership experience.
  • Excellent relationship management skills at all levels of seniority and proven experience in management of service, project and / or operational delivery teams.
  • The ability to provide subject matter expert consultation on service to customers and team members.
  • An in-depth understanding of technology and ability to discuss technical issues.
  • Expertise in the ITIL disciplines and tertiary qualifications or extensive telco experience in a sales / service role.
  • Experience dealing with large Enterprise and Public Sector customers (preferrable).
