This is a fixed-term role for 13 months providing parental leave cover, reporting to the Group Accountant, your prime function will be to provide financial administrative support to the ADI International Group operations.

This is a varied role and along with general clerical duties, your key responsibilities will include accounts payable and accounts receivable across international territories, intercompany transactions and reconciliations, banking and preparing GST, all while ensuring group wide accounting procedures and controls are adhered to.

We’re looking for somebody ready to hit the ground running and while a formal qualification would be a bonus, of even more importance is the financial and administrative experience you’ll bring to the role.

As well as intermediate MS Excel skills, knowledge of NetSuite is also desirable. You’ll have excellent organisational skills and it goes without saying that you’ll maintain the strictest of confidentiality at all times.
