The People & Capability Administrator will playa key role in achieving this.
Working across both Health and Safety and HR, youwill be ensuring we’re legally compliant and working towards best practice,with risks identified and effective controls put in place.
You will be involved in administering systemsand processes that cover the complete employee experience, includingrecruitment, induction, engagement, learning and development, and documentationmanagement.
This is a role that requires a processorientated approach and attention to detail. You’ll also need great computer skills and exceptional grammar &spelling.
You may be a recent graduate, oran experienced Administrator with a passion for people and anability to influence others to drive improvement and compliance.
This position is 30 hours per week, with preferred hours of work to be agreed.
