Walter & Wild is a New Zealand Food Manufacturing company with a substantial portfolio of iconic brands including Aunt Betty’s, I Love Food Co.

Hansells, Vitafresh, Greggs, Alfa One, Movenpick (NZ and AU), Killinchy Gold, Hubbards, NZ Natural, Zilch and Chateau.

We’re looking for an energetic Customer Services Representative to join our Customer Service team based at our Penrose site.

The purpose of the role is to process of all customer service orders and inquiries in an efficient and timely manner.

We’re looking for someone who is

Enthusiastic and commited to deliver exceptional customer service

Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure maximum customer satisfaction

Assist the wider customer service team across all areas to ensure external customer’s needs are met

Excellent communication skills

Ensuring all orders, a correctly processed with product code & pricing

Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently

Familiarity with office software and phone systems a plus

Previous experience in similar industry (FMCG) will be preferrable
