    We are currently looking for a sole charge Administrator / Receptionist to join our Beachlands team.

    In this role you will be the friendly face of our branch responsible for handling all client and customer enquiries, responsible for a wide range of administration support and finance duties, advertising and marketing, as well as ensuring the overall effectiveness and smooth running of our office.

    This is an important role needing someone with great people skills, a positive approach to their work and the ability to cope with pressure and remain calm and professional throughout the day.

    Other key skills and attributes include :

  • Experience working in a similar administration / reception role
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • An eagerness to help out wherever necessary
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • High level of personal presentation and professionalism
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Problem solving skills and high level of initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer focus
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the Barfoot & Thompson systems would be an advantage, however this is not essential as training will be provided to the right person.

    We have a strong professional team from agents to property management. We all work in a fast-paced environment and have a great team camaraderie, so we're looking for someone down to earth with a sense of humour who will fit right into our team.

    This is a full time position working 9am - 5 : 30pm Monday to Friday.
