We are looking for a motivated professional to join our Marketing team to deliver excellent experiences for our internal and external clients in our new Auckland CBD office.
Provide an exemplary standard of service to our clients and visitors
Provide a hospitality service for meetings and events
Manage bookings and prepare meeting rooms
Assist with company functions, internal training sessions, and conferences
Assist the wider marketing team, including project and digital marketing
Experience in a front-of-house role
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build relationships, providing excellent service
High attention to detail
Proactive, motivated, and flexible
Enthusiastic and positive team player
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
An interest in property and marketing would be an advantage
