As a Customer Service Officer, you will be dealing with a broad range of banking queries and requests. You will be given the tools to support and educate our customers on the various banking solutions and options available to them, constantly going above and beyond.
We are looking for applicants who are able to build strong relationships, can think on their feet, are passionate about providing a great experience and who have an affiliation with digital channels.
You will need to be confident asking the right questions, tailoring personalised solutions for customers, and educating them on making their banking easier.
This role is a full time position working 80 hours a fortnight on a 7 day flexible roster.
