You are the driver to lead the business outcomes and service philosophy for both properties.You will be responsible for team engagement, developing the department head group with a strong focus on service delivery and guest experience.
You will also look after the sales and revenue management strategy and implementation at both hotels and will need to have the ability to bring these strategies to fruition over the next few years.
The Hotel is governed by an Owners Board and the ability to listen, respect values and be culturally aware. There is a need to build on these key relationships and maintain clear and positive two way communications.
