About the role

We're looking for an experienced Solution Consultant to join our team supporting Government, Enterprise and Corporate customers.

As a Solution Consultant, you will work within our sales team to engage with our most complex customers. Utilising consulting frameworks and your technical and business expertise, you will demystify, articulate and innovatively position technical solutions that align with our customer's business and IT strategies.

From these customer engagements you will create plans that identify roadmaps, projects and new sales opportunities, which will be delivered on using Spark internal resources and external partners.

About you

You will have a successful track record of working with customers and are seen as a thought leader and trusted advisor. You regularly present, both internally and externally, leading and guiding key stakeholders through their ICT journey.

You will bring significant experience in Enterprise Architecture and / or ICT domains to deliver winning solutions for customers.

Skill and Responsibilities :

  • Consulting experience in helping customers align business and IT strategies and then translating these strategies into roadmaps, solutions and outcomes.
  • An ability to translate strategic business objectives into solution architecture / design and to then present this effectively to customers.
  • Use your experience to own on the technical aspects of the sales strategy.
  • Provide thought leadership and customer insight into Spark's product and enablement tribes, to improve our portfolio of business solutions.
  • Aligning technology insights to your customer's key priorities and tying those back to Spark's unique differentiators.
  • Providing guidance and input to our customer teams in developing large and complex opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills and the ability to engage at all levels within the customer's business.
  • Ability work autonomously and be able to manage all internal and external stakeholder expectations
