WM Reply in Auckland is looking to expand and hire professionals with Microsoft technology experiences. As a Talent Acquisition professional, you will be a talent advisor on all activities related to recruiting
Requirements
Requirements and responsibilities :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business
3 years of hands-on full-cycle tech recruiting
Demonstrated ability to source and mine candidates
Experience handling recruitment processes related to tracking and documentation of candidate movement according to legal and compliance guidelines
Manage all and close all candidate offers
Assist with Onboarding new hires
Strong prioritization skills
Ability to work in a global environment and routinely work with Talent Acquisition Consultant in the US
Possesses excellent communication, team working & problem-solving kills
Sound knowledge of employment laws and related practices
