What we are looking for :
A current LCQ / Duty Manager's licence
Hospitality experience in a vibrant, fast-paced restaurant
A good understanding of opening / closing venues & cashing up
Experience managing and leading a team
Competency on the bar & floor
Good food & beverage knowledge
To be great at building relationships with customers and team members
To be comfortable under pressure
Are you a visa holder? No need to stress we will cover the cost of a VOC or Essential Skills visa for the successful applicant!
