Urgent requirement of Functional / Manual Tester - Perm / Contract - Auckland

Requirements

Must have 4 + years of work experience in applications like oracle Siebel CRM, Order Management, Billing etc

Must have E2E testing knowledge of working in telecom domain journeys for Mobile, Fibre, Wireless

Experienced in Automation testing tools such as Selenium WebDriver with Java, TestNG

Knowledge of different automation frameworks like Keyword Driven, Page Object Model etc

Experienced in API Testing using SOAP, POSTMAN

Good communication and presentation skills

Must have practical experience of working in Agile mode

Test Management tool knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps

Test support during and after production live

Good Knowledge in SQL and PLSQL for test and data validations

Good understanding of BSS Telecom domain

Participate in client status meetings jointly with team as and when required

Help in perform root cause analysis to resolve production issues, validate all data, Analysis Problems, coordinating with Development Team in tracking defects until resolution

Provides knowledge transfer to other teammates and juniors to grow in technical knowledge

Identifies opportunities for System reuse and System Simplification

Analyse Business requirements around Telecom BSS and provide required impact assessment

Design, development, testing, maintenance, planning and Efforts Estimations and support for E2E Telecom journeys using Siebel CRM, Order Management, Single View Billing, Middleware ABS, IPMS, NMS, ICMS, MSSP, IVR, Online applications

Working in System Testing, System Integration testing, E2E Testing for Prepaid and Post-paid Mobile journeys, Fiber Broadband, Wireless Broadband, MVNO functionalities and all other different journeys like Modify, Change or Terminate etc

Provide Guidance to other teams and juniors throughout Unit Testing, System Testing, SIT or UAT as with Subject Matter expert knowledge

Help in perform root cause analysis to resolve production issues, validate all data, Analysis Problems, or issues in Unix Logs, Splunk logs to check interfaces or in Database

Proactively contribute to increasing the team efficiency by sharing knowledge, providing feedback, and implementing as and where required in processes

Responsible for managing CRM DevOps Team deliveries and sharing testing status reports for Production planned weekly or monthly deployments

Key Player for Identifying Regression Automation Testing packs, helping to build them using knowledge of Selenium WebDriver with Java, and running Automation Testing suites for more coverage

Identify opportunities for System reuse and System Simplification

Working in Agile delivery model where weekly release deployments are happening

Mentoring Junior Software Engineers and other Team members to grow them in Technical area

Testing support during and after production deployment

Very good communication skills

Duration : 6

Months and possible extension
