We have an exciting opportunity for motivated Customer Service Specialists to join our Customer Contact team in Auckland.

In this role you will be providing exceptional customer service in the delivery of Interislander passenger bookings, providing general travel advice and information to our customers, proactively promoting products and services, and notifying customers of any disruptions.
Key to your success will be : Previous experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Contact Centre environmentHigh self-motivation, and hungry to exceed customer expectationsStrong data entry skills and be proficient with the MS Office suiteExemplary written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to build and maintain key relationships with a number of different stakeholdersResilience, flexibility and a can do attitudeA sense of urgency working with speed and accuracyGreat problem solving skills and the ability to think outside the squareIdeally we are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills who has been in a customer facing role and is passionate about the service they deliver, has a can-
