Support Desk Analyst - Hamilton

    Position :

    This is a varied role, you will provide support, maintain and develop customer service for local and remote users and the wider APAC region.

    You will assist the Team Leader and IT Manager with the day to day running of the IT helpdesk delivery and continued improvements in customer support and service.

    Key responsibilities :

  • Responsible for system support and follow incident management and service request processes via phone calls and tickets raised via self service.
  • Provide technical support during IT related projects and integrations.
  • Work with and support other IT functions.
  • Regularly contribute to process improvement within the team in order to better improve efficiency.
  • Apply good customer service in all facets of communication, ensuring that you represent the IT division appropriately.
  • Manage customer expectations and work towards meeting defined SLA's.
  • Experience :

  • Prior experience in a helpdesk / IT support role in multisite organizations
  • Solid technical background with regards to hardware, software and telecommunications.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience supporting Windows, Dell, VoIP, Active Directory, O365, Citrix and cloud environments.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience working independently and with a globally dispersed team
  • Some basic network troubleshooting knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • User management practices including onboarding / offboarding.
