Do you need experience? Yes, this is a key role that includes training and menu development, so you'll need expertise in a busy kitchen environment and understanding of the hotel industry.
It's important you are flexible for shifts that include weekends and love dazzling with your creativity. Experience with buffet and a la carte is required.

This role is for a minimum 30 hours per week for morning, evening and weekend shifts.
