This well established company is a market leader in the development of quality accommodation properties throughout Australasia and the South Pacific.

They continue to expand their New Zealand and Fiji property portfolio with the opening of new properties / serviced apartments.

Due to continued growth this senior role has become available. The role is Auckland based and reports to the Group General Manager.

NB All applicants must hold a current passport and full drivers license and be able to travel when required throughout NZ and to Australia and Fiji

The primary focus of the role is to ensure the company's franchises operate within the set guidelines and procedures to ensure optimum guest satisfaction and ultimately strong financial performance.

A key requirement of the role is the ability to lead and drive franchisee engagement programmes. i.e.Business forums, Conferences and Webinars etc.

Other traits and attributes sought are :

  • Well developed commercial acumen
  • Business tertiary qualifications
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • Experience within the Hospitality and / or Franchise Management sectors
  • Most importantly - high integrity and a well developed work ethic.
