Role available as a Junior Project Manager / Site Manager with an immediate start date. This position is paying a salary of $80k + vehicle and is based in Auckland.

One of Auckland’s highly regarded residential housing developers is looking to bring on a new Site Manager. You will be joining a company with a proven track record of delivering high quality homes.

This is a role that would ideally suit someone who has finished their building apprenticeship in residential construction and has a drive and ambition to become a project manager.

There is room to grow and develop in this role.

To be successful in this role you will need :

Minimum 5 years experience as a builder in NZ (suitable for someone who has finished their apprenticeship and has lead build teams on site)

Experience residential construction in NZ

Strong understanding of NZS 3604 (residential timber framing construction)

Computer savvy

Ability to learn project management software

LBP or qualified builder is preferable, but not essential
