We are looking for a Team Coordinator to join our fun, busy and energetic team. This role will be responsible for providing high quality support to the Communications and Engagement Team to enable the execution of EQC's Communications and Engagement Strategies and plans.
With your strong administrative background and experience in troubleshooting routine problems, your support will ensure the whole team achieves its projected targets through consistent service delivery and open communication across all EQC groups.
Part of this role will include assisting with planning, writing and posting of content on social media and recommending techniques to improve the company's social media performance.
You are team focused and know what it takes to provide great support. Action-orientated, you're not afraid of a challenge, and are known for putting your hand up for opportunities to make a difference.
Working cooperatively with a variety of people will come naturally to you, as will your ability to be self-managing. You will have some solid administration and team and event coordination experience under your belt already and enjoy being flexible.
Your ability to work in a changing and challenging environment is critical, as are your excellent Microsoft skills and your learning agility.
