As the Southern Contact Centre we respond to queries from our Claims, Provider and Business customers.
We're looking for people to join us who have the passion and motivation to deliver exceptional customer service. You'll enjoy problem solving and getting a result for our customers each time they call.
We expect you to have the following skills and experience :
Our contact centre hours are 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday, so you would need to be flexible enough to work a four hour rostered shift between those hours.
As part of your application you'll be invited to complete some online assessments to show us that you're the ideal person for our team.
The indicative starting salary for this role will be $47,150. This is exclusive of ACC's 9% superannuation contribution which would bring the total starting package to $51,394.
