We are looking for a HR Coordinator to join our People and Culture group as our current HR Coordinator is moving on to take up another role in council, creating an opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in HR to join our team.

Sitting within the Talent Acquisition team, the role is part of the wider HR Services team so you will get to work alongside our Payroll Consultants, Talent Acquisition Partners and HR Business Partners.

This role is crucial to linking our recruitment activities and staff employment changes with our fortnightly payroll cycle.

You will be engaging with managers and staff daily, responding to queries, producing and processing employment documentation and providing guidance about this.

From time to time you may be help with recruitment activities and provide back up for the Talent Acquisition Partners.

It is a busy and demanding role, so your organisational skills, attention to detail and ideas for process improvement are essential.

To thrive in this role, you may have studied HR and will have some work experience ideally in administration based roles.

We are looking for someone who is smart, credible and action oriented and can operate confidently in a complex environment.
