What will you be doing?
As Legal Counsel you will be responsible for using your good judgment and quick thinking to provide legal and commercial advice and negotiation support to internal stakeholders on software and services contracts with customers and suppliers.
There is a focus on the APAC region but this is a multi-national business, so you will be exposed to managing legal work in overseas jurisdictions.
Legal Counsel supports the Group General Counsel and Associate General Counsel and will also engage with our Product Development, Sales, Professional Services and Support services groups to understand the needs of the business and provide general legal guidance.
Your success in this role will be underpinned by the sound relationships you develop with the teams you work with, and external clients.
Our team is very focused on being part of the effort to get deals done on time, whilst managing the risks for the best possible outcomes.
You will receive strong support and coaching from senior and experienced legal counsel, but we want to see you grow in your skillset and in our business, and be responsible for the quality of your output, whether that is advice, research, or interaction with others.
