About the Company :
Our client is a SaaS startup who are looking for a foundational team member to come aboard and own the architecture and development of their IOS app.
This app has thousands of active users and that number will increase rapidly as the business gears up for growth.
About the Role :
We are currently looking for a Lead IOS Developer to continue building out our client's IOS app. Using predominantly Swift, you will be working closely with the product designer to build out the features and design of the app.
This is a front-end focused role, so having a good understanding of UX is key.
You will be :
Acting as a developer in the delivery of quality software architecture and code
Maintaining best practice code quality, design, and architecture
Ensuring high-quality deliverables by performing unit, integration, system, performance, and user testing code that is to be released
Developing and implementing best practices, methodologies, patterns, and frameworks for software development and infrastructure management
Participating in technical interviews, selection, training, and mentoring of the technical team
Your Capabilities & Experience :

Caring and passionate about doing your best for your team and the wider business
Effective communicator who builds trust through your open, honest and constructive communication style
Desire to constantly improve the way we work and create value by challenging the status quo
Experience working in a start-up environment (advantageous)

Experience of working in a software development company
