Reporting through to the Multi-site Manager for the North Shore, the Sales Manager holds the unique position of pushing for results whilst being supported by an experienced network of leaders.
The sales team are tasked with providing the best service to our customers by utilising our vast product range and moving quickly to help their design dreams come true.

Key Responsibilities : Provide leadership in sales activities and ensure the sales team achieve their agreed objectives and sales targetsOversee all operations, ensuring all installation projects are coordinated and inventory and stock is managed efficientlyMonitor and manage operating costs and sales targets, ensuring budget for the financial year is metResponsibility for the store’s overall P / LLeading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goalsCreate a strong learning and development culture through ongoing and continuous opportunistic coaching, mentoring and support for employeesIdeally you will have a strong residential and commercial sales background with general insurance knowledge within the building / interiors industry.
