PayGlobal Consultant Are you ready to go boldly A team that is inspired authentic and in the know Great culture highly engaged team and flexible working environment Who are we We are a tech company that exists to make business life easier Our team is continually growing inventing and disrupting conventions We believe business can do amazing things it s our job to help them This is MYOB You ll be part of a highly engaged consulting team providing worldclass solutions delivering those solutions with the best possible outcome for our clients Together we carry out the company s vision of helping businesses succeed The opportunity A fantastic opportunity to join our high performing team delivering Application Consulting Services and Solutions to our valued client base You will need plenty of energy have strong communication and stake holder management skills along with knowledge of the PayGlobal HRIS Application and or complementary SQL skills This is a fulltime opportunity working 40 hours per week located in the Auckland MYOB offices The role The purpose of this role is to work with clients to identify advise implement and support the best solution to meet their HRIS business requirements You will be accountable for ensuring that solutions are designed to meet client specifications and that the work delivered is of high quality advice support and service given to our client exceeds their expectations You will be a brand ambassador for MYOB PayGlobal through an alignment of company values in your work and decision making What you will bring Adaptability prioritisation and time management skills and the ability to multi skill multi task Autonomy experience in managing your own schedule within predefined boundaries Highly customer focused Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to develop rapport and build good working business relationships with both external and internal clients Experience in dealing with crossfunctional stakeholders across different geographies Process driven and Project Improvement capability Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills Be committed to selfdirected higher learning for professional and personal development Knowledge and experience in SQL scripting SSRS Report writing Have technical experience completing software implementations configurations Experience Knowledge of the PayGlobal suite of products would be advantageous but not mandatory as training will be given If you want to work and collaborate where opinions are valued and your ideas can make a difference you should work at MYOB We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company
