HealthCare NZ is the country's leading provider of community healthcare services. We have several permanent part-time Service Facilitator positions available in our Albany office.
On offer is 16 - 20 hours per week, you must be available to work at least one weekend day as well as a Friday night (5pm - 9pm) and / or a Monday morning (6am - 10am).
When you apply you will be prompted to specify which hours / days you are available to work on a permanent part time basis.
As a Service Facilitator, you will be providing phone-based coordination services and customer service support to both our clients and our support workers in the field.
You will be an important part of the Service Centre team, ultimately responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of day-to-day operations of our services.

You will also need to be available to attend a 2-week full-time induction training programme for the role, which is starting Monday 22nd March.
This role would particularly suit a student studying towards a health-related degree, however we are keen to consider all students provided you are able to demonstrate customer service excellence.
