The position is based in the Wellington Ticket Office. Reporting to the Collections Team Leader, the part time role of the Group Travel Coordinator is primarily to coordinate the group travel booking requests for groups of 10 persons or more wanting to travel on the Wellington Rail Network.
Other important aspects of this role include the administration and maintenance of the bulk ticket store and some reconciliation of ticket sales information.
There is the possibility of training in other areas of our business to assist during busy periods.
The role is based locally in Wellington Railway Station and part time at 25 hours per week working Monday to Friday.
