ABOUT THE ROLEThe successful candidate for the role of Document Controller, will be well organized, have a high attention to detail, and is willing to do a little of everything in a vibrant and growing organisation.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESReviewing project documents and prepare a register listing the tests, inspections, samples and documents required throughout the project.
Assisting project managers to manage the register, request and take receipt of completed quality assurance check sheets, test results, third party inspection results, samples and documentsAssisting project managers by preparing the application for Certificate of Public Use, Code Compliance Certificate or Practical Completion on each project.
Tracking subcontractor's insurance certificates for renewal and expiry.Maintaining hard and soft copies of all current for construction drawings and specifications on each site and in the officeAssisting with the preparation of a monthly operations report by providing data to the national operations manager.
