A permanent position for a Development Manager to look after two teams (one of the teams will be temporarily cover for a 6 months due to parental cover) Due to continued growth across one of our key areas, Connected Workplaces , we have created an exciting new Dev Manager opportunity!This role will oversee one of our very first domain teams established across Connected Workplaces called the Time Domain and also for the first 6 months all of our Mobile experience called Xero Me (covering parental leave).
Post the parental cover, the role will then expand to take on additional domain capabilities as we continue transition into a new operating model.
The role will be responsible for delivering compliant time tracking capabilities, initially through a mobile first offering into our AU market.
A successful candidate will be expected to lead the engineering strategy for both our Time and Xero Me Mobile capabilities.
Helping to support our teams to drive continued operational efficiency, that sets us up to scale into other regions. Connected Workplaces team is on a journey over the next 3 years to ensure 5 million people in small businesses are benefiting from our employment products and services.
This team is on a journey to break the accepted industry norm and reinvent what it means for a small business to pay their people.
