We are looking for a Business Manager - East / South Auckland to join our team in New Zealand. As Business Manager - East / South Auckland , you are responsible for the development and delivery of the Company and Customer Business Plan in the defined Territory.

The role is accountable for total business results and key customer relationships across our customer stores within the defined territory.

Job Summary

  • Develops the customer business plan by store to achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Manage the customer turnover and trade fund investment for the overall stores in the defined territory
  • Manage overall in-store activity to ensure good execution upcoming promotions, display opportunities and new product activations
  • Closes the deal with the Customer by negotiating trade funding in accordance to Unilever’s guidelines
  • Manages overall levels of Customer investments for the customer.
  • Monitors Customer performance by tracking turnover, promotional spend, customer contribution and market share
  • Acts as an active ambassador of Unilever at the Customer and of the Customer at Unilever
  • Participates proactively at sales meetings, seeking best solution for the business and customer
  • Guides and develops direct report team (BIG Influencers)
  • Development of outstanding Customer relationships at store level
  • What you will bring

  • Preferably a graduate of business-related degree with at least 2-5 years sales experience in an FMCG environment
  • Proven track record in selling & negotiation skills
  • Strong customer management and relationship and account management
