We now seek a Group Safety, Wellbeing & Environment (SWE) Manager with a pragmatic and focused ability to prioritise the translation of our strategic roadmap into practical actions and successful outcomes that can be embedded within all we do across our diverse business.
Reporting to the General Manager Human Resources and as a key member of the Group HR Leadership Team (which is instrumental in shaping PGW's collective focus on people and culture), the Group SWE Manager will lead a highly competent team of passionate SWE Business Partner's to deliver on the company's SWE staretgy and roadmap.

This is a key leadership role that requires a comprehensive understanding of workplace safety to ensure relevant regulatory obligations are met whilst also working collegially and authentically with a wide range of stakeholders (from frontline teams, Executive and Board to external parties), to influence continuous improvement in PGW's safety culture and encourage safe work for better business outcomes.
To be successful, you will hold a relevant tertiary qualification and will be a strong communicator with proven experience in impacting positive cultural change, ideally within a large and diverse business.
