This role would best suit a trained and experienced Project Manager who will assist the team in managing our ever-growing installation project pipeline.

Qualifications & experience

Project Management Experience, 5+ years of relevant work experience in the construction / service delivery industry

Project Management Qualification or equivalent work experience

Ideally possess a working knowledge of business management systems such as Simpro and alike within the Fire industry

Experience managing project budgets to ensure financial optimisation

Excellent customer service and presentation skills

You are keen to add value to your role, have a can- do attitude and a great work ethic

Capacity to work in a team-focused environment

Excellent relationship management skills

High-level organisation and planning skills

Stong understanding of Health and safety for yourself and the team.

Tasks & responsibilities

Programming and coordinating multiple projects from Minor works ranging from $50k to over $1m

Maintaining all relevant information in the database and keeping notes up to date at all times

Maintaining a high standard of customer communication and updates for each project, including phone and electronic media

Programming all trades carrying out works on your projects to completion

Monitoring performance against budget throughout the project, and taking action as required, to avoid cost overruns (with particular emphasis on labour and materials expenditure)

Carrying out sufficient site visits to ensure the project scope is adhered to

Ensuring all relevant compliance material (e.g. Producer Statements, manuals, warranty information) is attended to

Conducting final handover and signoff, with any outstanding issues dealt with prior to final sign off

Formulating a Site-Specific Safety Plan for each project undertaken and distributing to all parties involved and managing Health and safety on site
