  • Finance Administration role with a twist.
  • Permanent Full Time - 80hrs per fortnight.
  • Located either North Shore, Auckland or Porirua, Wellington.
  • If you are interested in accounting and finance and have demonstrated administration experience, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a National Business Support .

    This role will see you being inquisitive and notice patterns and changes with data, developing relationships with Business Partners, preparing reports and delivering findings, and ensuring accurate data is maintained.

    Our supportive and collaborative team is split between Auckland (Birkenhead) and Wellington (Porirua), and a comprehensive induction will be provided to ensure you succeed in this role.

    You will have an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, the ability to build positive relationships across a large organisation, experience preparing and delivering reports and findings, and a drive to learn and grow within the IHC Group.

    We are a large not-for-profit organisation that provides support and services to people across New Zealand with intellectual disabilities.

    You will bring :

  • Previous experience within a similar position (e.g. Administration Finance Support, Assistant Accountant or Junior Accountant role).
  • A high level of accuracy and an eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build positive professional relationships with a wide range of staff and management.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver findings via a variety of mediums.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise to meet required deadlines.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, and also independently.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel, and experience using a variety of databases with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
