Our Customer Relationship Excellence team (CRE) helps support and enable our colleagues to deliver on our ONE BNZ experience through the development and delivery of leadership and banker frameworks to lift capability and delivery great outcomes for our customers.

About the RoleAs the Customer Relationship Excellence Content Manager, you'll be responsible for the design and development of digital tools and resources to support and embed our CRE strategic initiatives, improve performance and consistently deliver better customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities : Finding creative ways of building digital tools that foster simplicity and encourages BNZer to consistently use our customer relationship frameworks and methodologies.

Build and embed a brand identity for customer relationship excellence through digital content, an online internal presence and consistent communication style.

Keep up to date with managing risk and ensure that Customer Relationship Excellence initiatives are delivered in a customer centric manner.

About YouTo be successful in this role you'll have graphic design, content creation and content management experience, ideally within banking experience.

You'll also : Have excellent written communication and verbal skillsBe highly computer literate with photoshop and some website development experience.
