The Role :

We have an exciting opportunityfor an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team based in Wellington. Inthis role you will be accountable for providing key single point accountmanagement to achieve new business growth from new customers, excludingnominated key and national accounts.

  • New business targets from new customers as set within the Region / Territory
  • Maximising value of services achieved in new customers within the first 12 months of contract
  • Conducting the minimum number of face to face sales calls each week as set by the Field Sales Manager
  • In this role you will have atrack record of success in competitive environments, with high energy levelsand receptive to coaching and training.

    We are looking for a competitiveindividual who has proven sales experience in a fast paced industry andpassionate to grow in their sales career.

    To be successful in this role you will have :

  • Clear interpersonal & communication skills; collaborative team style
  • Interest in recycling, gardening, soil and composting
  • Strengths in relationship development and management, customer focused
  • Strong presentation & negotiation skills
  • An energetic, can do attitude & style
  • Proven experience : sales, solution selling, business acumen.
  • Having used Sales Force, territory planning, will be an advantage
  • Current NZ driver’s license
