Reporting to the Change Lead, you will be responsible for engaging and building collaborative networks at all levels, to effectively champion and build internal competency in business and technical change management.
You will also need to identify requirements and resources to support the effective deployment and integration change. The work programme includes a a mix of Agile and Waterfall change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop, maintain and lead change strategies.
Work with key stakeholders to develop approaches and plans to manage cultural challenges.
Own and understand the change landscape and methodology and build organisational change capability,
Ensure change management activities are integrated in to project plans and support the delivery of the change management plan.
Maintain and develop relationships and with key stakeholders and business owners.
Key Requirements :
Excellent communication skills and ability to persuade and influence.
Experience working in the project space.
Exceptional stakeholder and relationship management skills.
Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops.
In-depth knowledge and experience in change management best practices, processes and procedures.
A collaborative, team centric mindset.
A high level of initiative and ability to work in ambiguity.
A strong customer viewpoint.
Proven experience in analysing, designing, and delivering operational, people-focused change within ICT and business environments.
Expertise in business change assessments.
