Job Overview :

Overall Client Relationship Management from brief to delivery across multiple disciplines.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities :

  • Take responsibility and exercise overall quality control over the accounts
  • Maintain internal processes and relationships in order to get things done in the most time and cost-efficient way for your client
  • Provide strategic direction and ensure successful implementation of client objectives
  • Understand client’s business and generate new ideas to enhance client development
  • Work closely with clients to uncover business needs and objectives, set strategies with the Business Director, decide how they will be implemented and ensure execution
  • Check progress against objectives and take action when necessary
  • Look for opportunities, anticipate openings for initiatives and plan for the unexpected
  • Build and grow good relationships with clients based on trust, credibility and professional respect
  • Effectively manage the account team by fostering a constructive work environment and teamwork and building initiatives when needed
  • Train and motivate the account team members by developing their abilities
  • Take full responsibility of the financial upkeep of the account by ensuring the account runs efficiently and undertaking financial negotiations for client fees.
  • Act as a strategic partner of the account’s planner by thinking outside the box and bringing insightful and relevant info to the development.
  • Regularly report to the BD in order to keep them sufficiently updated and informed on the daily operations of the account
  • Skills Required :

  • Industry and Category Knowledge : Demonstrating an understanding of advertising industry and category
  • Consulting skills : Demonstrating methodical and strategic thinking in solving client issues
  • Client Relationship Management : Ability to sustain a healthy client relationship
  • Client Development : Growing new and existing clients
  • Work Structure & Management : Planning and executing of work in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communication Skills : Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Team and Leadership Skills : Ability to work together and lead in teams
  • Personal Development : Ability to manage and develop career within the firm
  • Firm- Culture : Fulfilling role as part of the firm and culture
  • Qualifications :

    BS / BA in marketing or advertising specialization

    Min 5 years’ experience in Account Management within an agency preferably

  • Computer Skills : Microsoft Office, In house Job Management systems, Excel,
