Our Customer Service Directors manage the quality of end-to-end Service Delivery to their customers, in conjunction with the Service Delivery Managers who report to them, the technical delivery teams (from Service Desk to Solutions Architect), and the Sales team.

The key to success in this role will be your ability to excel in meeting all service level obligations, developing effective relationships with the customers and your teams, providing innovation which leads to improved productivity, as well as growing and transforming both the customer and our business.

You will manage the critical activities involved in the meeting customer schedules, financials, service delivery, operational and quality objectives.

You will work in both a pre- and post-sales capacity, and provide leadership and guidance to the Service Delivery Managers and the wider Fujitsu community in order to ensure the customer objectives are being met.

To ensure a good fit, in terms of experience, skill and personality, and to enable you to thrive in a such a challenging an diverse role, we envisage you having :

  • Significant experience leading and managing teams, preferably within IS Outsourcing.
  • Recognized success in Service Delivery Management
  • Demonstrable sales skills and a history of proven account growth
  • Relationship Management skills and experience at executive level
  • Commercial / Financial knowledge and understanding
