The Opportunity

Reporting into the Regional Sales Manager New Zealand, you will provide clinical support and carry out training activities for products and services in a clinical environment in line with sales and marketing strategies to ensure business objectives are achieve while maintaining and developing strong relationships with customers.

The Key Focus Areas of the Role

  • Provide exceptional clinical support to customers on the S&N Advanced Wound Management (AWM) portfolio.
  • Custodian of Training for local teams and working with regional teams, ensuring alignment in processes at all times.
  • Be fully conversant with assigned products through ongoing study and revision of product manuals and literature.
  • Adapt with continuous improvement approach to all work processes, by utilizing sale automation to improve workflow, time management, and communication while increasing client contact time.
  • Provide support to team colleagues through sharing information, problem solving, contributing innovative ideas and offering constructive opinions leading to improved individual and team effectiveness.
  • The Requirements of the Successful Candidate

  • Tertiary qualifications in related disciplines.
  • Previous experience in a medical field and / or theatre setting with nursing qualifications and possess valid driver’s license.
  • Extensive understanding of wound products - technical terminology and clinical knowledge.
  • Good understanding of the operating theatre environment and surgical procedures.
