The Role As a Field Service Engineer, your main responsibilities will involve : System administration, Incident / Problem determination and resolution.
Handle Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration management, Service incidents and queries within the agreed service levels.
Perform Service Requests based on Standard Operating Procedures. Work on scheduled tasks as part of Change Management. Handle issues independently and suggest / implement services improvements plans.
To help us level up, you'll ideally have : Skilled in desk side support for Installing & Level 2 troubleshooting of Operating Systems Good knowledge on installation and troubleshooting of office applications (O365, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Skype, OneDrive) Good knowledge of TCP / IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP working principles Good knowledge in configuring mail & troubleshooting of Mobile Device Management system (Airwatch / Xenmobile / Mobile iron etc) Excellent Customer management skills Good in verbal and written communication Self- Driven and result oriented.
