    We currently have an exciting opportunity in the Customer Services Team and seek dynamic, fast thinking, fast acting customer services star who wants to do best by our customers whilst doing best by their career.

    Ideally, we are looking for folks with a background in phone based customer service, however we are very keen to talk with you if you have a hospitality, foodservice or perhaps retail background with spectacular people skills and are ready to learn! Either way you’ll need to demonstrate lots of tenacity to find a solution, at times under pressure, and a thirst for challenge coupled with an unwavering work ethic and a keenness to add value quickly.

    We offer a supportive team in a modern complex and a start or a step in a large company with career potential only limited to how high each individual wants to fly!

    This is a day shift role with core hours of 7.30am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday inclusive, however it is desirable and preference will be given to those that are willing and able to cover occassional Saturday mornings and end of day shifts (finishing at 11pm).

    These hour changes happen rarely and are for the purpose of cover for leave on the most part and your core hours would be adjusted to accomodate any rare instance of cover of other shifts.

    Please indicate, in your covering letter, your acknowledgement and willingness to cover other than corre shifts, on the rare occassion this is required, all in the name of team work!

  • Able to operate with competing priorities and work flow disruptions, all the while focussed on the customers needs
  • Desire to be a team player for the sake of customer service excellence

    Microsoft Office Suite experience

    Ability to operate multiple systems in unison for the purpose of finding information fast
