Your Opportunity :

Reporting to theNational Field Sales Manager Specialist AU, in this position your key focuswill be to takeownership of our CRM platform and ensure that its optimal, efficient andeffective.

You'll be able toextract data from left-right-and-centre, problem-solve any issues related tothe data in a timely and efficient manner as well as support IT requirementsand capability development relevant to achieving a high performing field force.

We will need you todevelop and execute contemporary territory sales reports to be used forperformance measurement across the National Field Sales teams in both Australiaand New Zealand.

You'll be the go-to person for all management andreporting aspects of the CRM tool. Your communication skills are second to noneand working collaboratively across functions is your wheelhouse.

You are drivento own and deliver best in class CRM technology and thrive ontroubleshooting requirements big and small / This role will also manage theremotely delivering of training to internal support teams, existing staffand new starters.

This opportunityrequires someone that will be energised by working in a busy fast-pacedenvironment and is a natural born communicator.

Key responsibilities :

  • Technical ownership of the CRM platforms ANZ, technical assistance with other Sales tools and systems
  • Create and produce- meaningful information that meets the criteria of Vitaco Specialist Field Team KPI across 3 diverse sales teams
  • Seek opportunities to simplify and remove complexity particularly with data management
  • Take ownership of all pricelist and product maintenance across Stay in Front and IQvia platforms
  • Engage CRM adminteams in New Zealand, training and promoting user development
  • Drive initiatives that support enhancement of all current functionality and have vision to keep the excitement of the field team by developing and delivering fantastic training material
  • Build and nourish great connections with external companies, ensuring that we are getting the very best in service and support from our business partners
  • Maintain influential relationships internally that encourage enthusiasm in what is required to support CRM and IQvia effectiveness.
  • Development of training material
  • To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate thefollowing :

  • Minimum 2 years in CRM management front / back end support - preferable Stay in Front
  • Advanced Microsoft and Excel
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks / priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement of a business process that has delivered improvements in operational efficiency
  • A naturally positive and proactive mind-set
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A good team player
  • Experience in a similar role in the nutritional supplement, healthcare, food, retail and / or sales centric industries will constitute an advantage.
  • Our preferred candidate will have workedwith field sales teams in a mid to large sized FMCG organisation such assporting, foods or beverages, however we are always open tothose that have experience in other domains.
