The role entails providing support and training for relevant software packages for all sites across the organisation and making sure all inventory data is correct and completed within the expected timeframes.
Duties and responsibilities include :
Preseason and ongoing coaching and training for users
Manage grower reconciliation and escalation process
Provide timely data completion, data transfers and monitoring of any anomalies
Interface between Post-Harvest and internal IT department on all software and hardware requirements
Work with the Supply Chain team to ensure information is completed accurately and in a timely manner
Team management, leading and providing guidance. Assisting with personal development and ensuring policies and procedures are understood and complied with
Assist and prepare budgets, manage monthly forecasting and accurate reporting
Manage change process of new software packages or special projects
Promote and ensure safe operating procedures are in place, and manage any Health and Safety matters
Our ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification Inventory Management and / or Supply Chain Management or Business Administration (computing) and a minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar role.
Experience in the kiwifruit industry would be an advantage. You are a problem solver and an expert at extracting useful information and translating this into actionable objectives.
You are self-motivated and a team player. You will have excellent leadership skills with strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills and have a good understanding of numerical and financial information.
