Reporting into the Head of Internal Communications, the Internal Communications Manager is responsible for supporting cultural transformation through world-class internal communications which educate, engage and inspire.

What Will I be Doing? o Owning and leading Vodafone's internal communications channel strategy. o Driving business and culture transformation by leading engaging and effective change communications.

o Providing leadership support to the Head of Internal Communications across the wider Internal Communications team. o Working with the Head of Internal Communications on the narrative to support Vodafone New Zealand's purpose and strategy.

o Developing and implementing innovative internal communication and engagement plans that support commercial outcomes, working closely with relevant members of our senior leadership team.

What Will I Bring? o A demonstrated track record working at a senior level in an Internal Communications function, using best practice internal communications strategies and tactics.

o Proven experience using change communications to support cultural and business transformation. o An ability to develop and execute successful internal communications programmes using a range of channels and techniques including news writing, social media, video production, digital engagement, events etc.

o Excellent influencing and stakeholder engagement skills. o An ability to develop strong and engaging content which supports and brings to life the Vodafone New Zealand strategy.
