Property Project Administrator Company Description Colliers International is a global property services company and best employer operating across 66 countries We have a workforce of more than 15 000 professionals who think differently share great ideas and provide service excellence to their clients Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator to join the Corporate Solutions team in our Wellington CBD office We are looking for a confident and motivated professional to be responsible for the team s property and facilities management requirements with a focus on multiple Healthy Homes projects This is a 12 month fixed term role Your Responsibilities Provide a high level of personal and professional service to all clients Liaise with contractors and tenants to obtain approval and coordinate access Source and arrange quotes and process invoices Attend to property and facility management related enquiries Coordinate to ensure all health and safety risk and compliance and environmental sustainability items are compliant Support the wider team as required Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisational and time management skills Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills Strong priority management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong documentation and record keeping skills The ability to cope under pressure Team player Proactive and flexible Intermediate Microsoft Office skills An understanding of the importance of Health amp Safety and the obligations of a PCBU would be a plus Additional Information Our enterprising culture empowers our people to do their best work collaborating with our global experts to maximise every opportunity and lead the industry For you this means a world of opportunity and the platform to learn grow and succeed
